RPCE is a flour milling consultancy. We help entrepreneurs, investors and existing mill owners plan, set up, commission and run roller flour mills, chakki atta plants and allied units such as sattu plants.
Our approach is practical. Every recommendation comes from years of running mills: managing shifts, setting rolls, balancing flow sheets and meeting production targets on Buhler and Indian-make machinery.
Our goal is simple: higher extraction, consistent flour quality and lower running costs for every mill we work with.

Meet the founder
R.P. Tiwari
R.P. Tiwari trained in flour milling at the International School of Milling Technology (ISMT) at the Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI), Mysore, and earned the Certificate in Flour Milling Technology (1999–2000). During training he won 1st prize for plant training at Brindavan Roller Flour Mills Ltd., Mysore.
He started as an Assistant Miller and rose to Chief Miller. Since November 2016 he has led a 200 TPD Buhler mill and a 200 TPD Indian mill at Eastern Foods Pvt. Ltd., Cuttack. He is known for motivated leadership, strong communication with teams on the floor, and working well both independently and with others.
